Kiumars Siah, Ph.D., P.E., is a licensed Structural Engineer in the State of Hawaii, and a Registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and several other states. He holds a Ph.D. in structural engineering and has close to four decades of professional engineering experience. Throughout his professional career, he has assumed various responsibilities and distinct positions including staff engineer, field engineer, supervising engineer, discipline leader, department head, principal, and owner in different consulting engineering firms. His construction experience covers a vast array of structural engineering  projects.
